Our butter comes from Normandie in France, a region famous for producing some of the world's finest "beurre de baratte".

We use organic eggs coming from free-range chickens, those where the yellow is almost orange, giving our cookies a golden color and rich flavor.

Our flour comes from a family-owned French mill that has been supplying artisan bakers since more than a century
