Coming straight from Normandy, the butter capital of France.

Organic eggs

Free-range chicken are the happiest and lay the best eggs. Golden yolks = golden cookies.

Premium flour

Also from France. From a family-owned mill, supplying artisan bakers since 1895. Some things don't need an update.

Fleur de sel

A fine form of sea salt. Hand-harvested in the south of France at the end of each summer.

The interior design of our store has been imagined by architect Rudy Guénaire (AD100) founder of Studio Nightflight in Paris. A unique retro-futuristic style that features round lines, soft shapes, warm tones. A perfect match with our cookies.
