Good Bear is not a traditional franchise concept. We aim to partner with a selected number of entrepreneurs or hospitality groups to build long-term joint ventures. Always sharing commitment to excellence, hospitality, design and brand consistency.
Operational involvement
We are looking for partners who are actively involved in the business, either personally or through a dedicated management team. Good Bear provides the recipes, in-house developed software, onboarding & training programs, branding and marketing framework. Our partners are responsible for local operations, recruitment, team management and compliance.
If you are seeking a passive investment opportunity, Good Bear is unlikely to be a match.

Brand & design
Design, product, kindness and consistency are fundamental to the Good Bear experience. Partners must be committed to faithfully executing the concept and preserving the integrity of the brand. The interior design of our flagship store in Haarlem was created by AD100 architect Rudy Guénaire. Preserving this design vision is a non-negotiable aspect of Good Bear's international growth.

We are primarily interested in major metropolitan areas with a population exceeding 2 million inhabitants, strong purchasing power, a well-established coffee/food delivery culture, an appreciation for premium consumer brands and design-led experiences. All that taking place in a dynamic international community.
