Fleur de Sel is the thin layer of salt that rises to the surface of shallow pools along the coast of France (especially in the Brittany region). It is collected by hand and can only occur under certain, very limited, weather conditions. We find this exclusive product very special, and perfect to bring out the creaminess of Jivara milk chocolate.

Fleur de Sel is het kleine laagje zout dat naar de oppervlakte komt vanuit ondiepe wateren langs de kust van Frankrijk (vooral in de regio ”Bretagne”). Het wordt met de hand verzameld en kan alleen ontstaan onder bepaalde, zeer beperkte, weersomstandigheden. We vinden dit exclusieve product heel bijzonder, en perfect om de romigheid van Jivara melkchocolade nog meer naar voren te brengen.
