We love cookies (and bears)

Since January 2023, our cookies are made from A to Z in the open kitchen of our bakery in Haarlem. Obsessively clean as required by the boss. You can watch us work work work work work, hip-hop and RNB in the background. Our high ceiling and Bowers & Wilkins sound system creates the best vibe - on top of the smile of our team.

It took Laura 2 years to develop that inimitable recipe. Eggs and butter are organic. Our flour comes from a family owned mill in France. And for the chocolate, nobody does it better than Valrhona, also from France. Starred chef pâtissiers use it all around the globe, so we did the same (:

Our team is made of people who became friends along the way. A real blessing for everyone and the guarantee of this cosy Good Bear vibe.

Last detail, but not the least: our store has been re-designed this year by Rudy Guénaire, from Studio Nightflight in Paris (AD100). The retro futuristic design features round lines, soft shapes and warm tones. Just like our cookies.
